Mission and values
Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) offers regular public transit services in the greater Quebec City area. It is also responsible for providing paratransit services, which it delegates to Service de transport adapté de la Capitale (STAC). Thanks to RTC, thousands of people can travel anywhere in the area served, at a reasonable price, to work, study, and enjoy social pursuits.
Réseau de transport de la Capitale makes it easier for people get around the region by offering public transit and encouraging people to adopt alternative travel solutions.

RTC provides public transit in greater Quebec City, an area with approximately 575,000 people.* It also serves Boischatel under an agreement with the municipality. Certain services, such as paratransit and the Taxibus, are operated by external companies under contracts with RTC.
