Organisational Strategic Plan 2025
Excellence in mobility is the STM’s Vision. The Organisational Strategic Plan 2025 consists of a logical, realistic, coherent and responsible plan that follows in the wake of the shift initiated in 2015 toward a satisfactory customer experience from start to finish. The plan is based on STM’s strengths in a fast-changing favourable context and includes an $8 B investment plan financed over 10 years. The Organisational Strategic Plan 2025 meshes with STM’s plans for sustainable development, universal accessibility development and equal access to employment.
